[nnc-list] July 13 Ride RSVP for leader of ride

Donald would like to lead the July 13 Ride Tire county. He also would like
for riders to RSVP for the ride so he's not sitting around for nothing. This
lead will be a fast pace ride. so if anyone wants to ride at at lesser pace
I'm sure we can find other people to lead a slower ride. Remember this these
rides are to be fun and good for you.
