  Bob, when we talked about the Rappahannock Record this morning, I was thinking about the "Upcoming" page, which I'm pretty sure is the most-read section in the paper.  Today's events included a widow's luncheon, a concert in Gloucester, and some band playing at the River's Inn -- but no NorthernNeckCycling Sunday bike ride.  Last year I submitted "Upcoming" articles to them four times, and I think Fletch tried twice more, and they never ran any of them.  I do not know why they are unwilling to help us.
   
  I did read the River Ride story back on page A11, and was amused to note that it did not give any indication whatsoever that this is a bicycling event.  I bet many readers will think it's a motorcycle rally.  Amazing.
