[nnc-list] Web Site and Email List

Hi again everyone,

The new Web site and list should be up and running now.  

Fletcher and Donald, the admin interface for the Web site should be EXACTLY
the same as it was (at least for the time being -- I will upgrade the CMS to
a newer version in the next few weeks).  

New users who wish to subscribe to the email list are now directed to the
Web interface for the new list software:
http://mail.northernneckcycling.org/mailman/listinfo/nnc-list_northernneckcy
cling.org

I updated the "Email List" section of the Web site to point to this area
now.

For day to day use, the list should be the same -- send messages to
nnc-list at northernneckcycling.org.  Also, please note that this list is set
up so that if you hit "reply" it will go to the original poster only (hit
"reply to all" to post back to the list).
